A Virtual Expert® (VE) is someone who is an expert in their field. They work remotely but offer the same services as if they were sitting in the same room with you. However, a VE saves you the hassles of hiring an employee. A VE is a cost-effective alternative because you do not have to provide salary, taxes, benefits, sick and vacation leave, office space or office equipment and supplies. In addition, you are getting an “expert” to assist you in your business needs.
We offer virtual sales services for products and services packages. In addition, we offer sales support as well as client concierge services to name a few. Eva Harster, President and Certified Virtual Expert® will be your main point of contact. More Time to Profit is affiliated with a team of Expert VA®s. Some services may be executed by our team and you may have some contact directly with them as well depending on the task.
We invoice no later than the third of each month for services provided the previous month. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice and is subject to late fees if not paid in a timely manner.
It is up to our discretion to offer a discount depending on the type of work to be performed. However, we do not normally discount our services unless there is a special promotion.
We do not feel retainers are in your best interest. We provide a “not-to-exceed monthly budget” option so that our time and your budget are always known. We bill in 15-minute increments for work we actually perform. Each month may vary depending on your business needs.
